1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase of refurbished products ("Refurbished Products") sold on the RS Retail online website (the "Website") by consumers ("You" or "Consumer"). By placing an order for Refurbished Products on the Website, You agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refurbished Products

Refurbished Products are products that have been previously used, returned, and then restored to working condition. Refurbished Products may have minor cosmetic imperfections, but are otherwise in good working order. All Refurbished Products are tested and certified by RS Retail before being sold on the Website.

1. Ordering and Payment

You may place an order for Refurbished Products on the Website. All orders are subject to acceptance by RS Retail. RS Retail reserves the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of any Refurbished Products or errors in pricing or product descriptions. Payment for Refurbished Products must be made at the time of purchase using a valid credit or debit card or other payment method accepted by RS Retail.

1. Delivery

Delivery of Refurbished Products will be made to the address provided by You at the time of purchase. RS Retail will make reasonable efforts to deliver Refurbished Products within the estimated delivery time, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond the control of RS Retail. Title and risk of loss or damage to Refurbished Products pass to You upon delivery.

1. Warranty

All Refurbished Products sold on the Website are covered by a limited warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty may vary depending on the Refurbished Product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification or repair of the Refurbished Product. If a Refurbished Product is found to be defective during the warranty period, RS Retail will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Refurbished Product or provide a refund.

1. Returns and Refunds

If You are not satisfied with a Refurbished Product purchased on the Website, You may return it to RS Retail within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms of the RS Retail returns policy. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RS Retail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of Refurbished Products, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data. RS Retail's liability for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of Refurbished Products shall be limited to the purchase price of the Refurbished Product.

1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RS Retail is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.

1. Amendment

RS Retail reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
